Detectives are searching for a missing snow plow after a plowjacking on the Mountain yesterday, police say.

It happened around 4:30 p.m., in the area of Upper Gage and Mohawk Avenue. Const. Jerome Stewart says a man had just finished clearing his driveway when he was grabbed and pulled from the truck.

"The suspect then fled the scene in the victim's vehicle," he said. The plow owner sustained minor injuries, and no weapon was seen, Stewart added.

Police say the truck is a white 2012 GMC Sierra crew cab, with the licence plate AB13099.

It has chrome rims and running boards, a yellow Fisher plow on the front, and a black Salty Dog Salter in the back.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
