Hamilton Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted on drug charges, and who is being investigated in connection with several sexual assault charges involving a 16-year-old.

It's believed John Jesso, 43, will flee to join family in Newfoundland. He was last seen at a Tim Hortons on Queenston Road near Nash Road on Aug. 14, wearing a Montreal Canadiens backpack.

Jesso failed to make if first court date in July 2014 for charges under the controlled substances and drug act (CDSA). Hamilton Police said additional charges were set to be laid, related to sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and indecent exposure.

He's described as white, 5-8, weighing 140 pounds with a skinny build, brown hair and moustache and blue eyes. Jesso also has an eagle tattooed on his upper right arm.
