Frost Bites fringe theatre festival
A festival for fringe theatre, Frost Bites promises to bring you some of the best in unconventional theatre created in unconventional spaces. Running from Thursday to Sunday, Frost Bites will be taking place at The Cotton Factory, a historic industrial building at 270 Sherman Ave. N. Winterfest will conclude on Monday after 10 days of winter-themed fun. This weekend, you can learn to curl, join an ice block design contest, and take part in the lumberjack games. Hamilton's Kid Fest at the Warplane Museum
All throughout Family Day Weekend, children can bounce, slide, ride, and craft at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. It's billed as Canada's largest inflatable festival, providing fun and educational activities for children. The event runs on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Unlimited, all-day wristbands cost $25 for kids aged 2 to 17, and $10 for adults aged 18 and up. Family Day Winter Camp-out

St. Valentine's "Other" Party
Looking for last minute Valentine's Day ideas. Why not party on six different movie sets designed by professional movie designers? Eat food from six different restaurants, and dance the night away at the St. Valentine's Other Party. The event takes place at 520 Burlington Street East In Hamilton on Saturday beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are going for $85.40. And keep the party going with the Bollywood Valentine's Party, being held at Narula's International Banquet Hall at 1162 Barton Street. Enjoy dinner and entertainment for $35 per person.
