Hamilton police are asking for the public's help in their search for a missing teenage girl.
Tatyana Young, 17, was last seen late Monday evening at her home in central Hamilton. She was reported missing by her family, according to a police release.
Young has a medical condition that requires life sustaining medication multiple times a day. It's not known if Young has enough of a supply of the medication with her.
She's described as white, about five feet, five inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. Young has freckles on her face and arms, strawberry blonde hair below her shoulders and grey-blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a bright pink T-shirt with a colourful design on the front and light grey Nike high top shoes.
Police and Young's family are concerned for her safety.
