Grey Cup countdown: T minus five days! Oskee wee wee to that!
The boys are heading out to Regina today and are welcoming all Ticat fans to send the team off in true Hamilton style. If you'd like to wish the Tiger-Cats luck ahead of Sunday's game, you can attend the official send-off rally at 4 p.m. this afternoon outside the Tiger-Cats office, 1 Jarvis Street (near King William and Wellington).
All good on public transit this morning. No issues to report on the HSR or GO Transit.
On the highways, the 403 Toronto-bound is moving much better now that the earlier collision at Brant Street has cleared.
In town, the West 5th access is quite backed up at 8:40 a.m, as most of the accesses typically are at this time of day.
Main Street all the way from Dundurn to Victoria is moving quite slowly. King Street from Victoria to James is also slow at this hour.

Despite a year-old bylaw, Hamiltonians are still lighting up in city parks. Only one-quarter of Hamilton smokers say they're stepping outside of public parks to light up. Despite a marked decrease in violent crime in the past year, Hamilton lags behind the provincial average in clearing those cases, a possible indication that it doesn't have enough officers to investigate them.
