A Grimsby man is facing charges after police say a 16-year-old girl reported an inappropriate sexual relationship with a cheerleading coach at an Oakville training centre.

A Grimsby man is facing charges after police say a 16-year-old girl reported an inappropriate sexual relationship with a cheerleading coach at an Oakville training centre.

Halton Regional Police say the accused was arrested yesterday after they were contacted by the girl earlier this week about alleged incidents at the Cheerforce Wolfpack centre.

Twenty-five-year-old Jonathan O'Brien is charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

He's been released from custody and is to appear in court in Milton on July 15th.
