There will be labour until Labour Day?

Construction on the new Pan Am stadium is delayed about two weeks. Crews will start pulling double shifts in February to make up for the lost time. (Adam Carter/CBC)

News that the Hamilton Tiger-Cats won't play their first two home games at Tim Hortons Field stadium has kicked off a storm of anger, disappointment and frustration among Ticat fans across the city.

The  new stadium won't be ready, the team says, until at least Aug. 16 and maybe not until Labour Day. Until then expect the Ticats to play CFL home games at McMaster University.

The response from Hamiltonians has been noting if not creative. So, here's a challenge for locals and welcomed guests. Caption the photo at the top of this page and we will post some of the best of those responses all day.
