Ancaster teen clocked going 95 km/h over speed limit
An Ancaster man had his car impounded and license suspended after he was clocked going 145 km/h in a 50 km/h zone over the weekend, police say.
An officer stopped a car going 95 km/h over the posted speed limit on Rokeby Side Road, south of Tillsonburg, Ont on Saturday.
The car was stopped, and an 18-year-old Ancaster man was charged with racing a car, possessing more than one license, impersonation to avoid arrest and public mischief.
His vehicle was impounded for a week and his license was suspended for a week.
