Police are on the lookout for a stolen black Mitsubishi after a man was carjacked on the Mountain overnight, investigators say.

The incident happened at a Husky gas station parking lot at Upper Wellington and Limeridge Road just after midnight, Const. Lorraine Edwards told CBC News.

A man was at the pump filling up when three men who were disguised approached him, police say.

"They came up to him and demanded his car," Edwards said. One of the men appeared to be holding a gun.

The suspects took off in the car. Police are asking that people be on the lookout for a black 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer with the licence plate BYW F304.
