Hamilton police have seized two handguns from the back of a transport trailer near Upper Centennial Parkway and Rymal Rd.

Police were given a tip on Tuesday afternoon regarding two males who were attempting to sell handguns out of a parked trailer near a lot on East Mountain.

A search of the trailer in commercial lot at first found only old tires, but eventually police located two black handguns, a .40-calibre Hi Point and a Davis .380 semi-automatic, along with two magazines and several rounds of ammunition. Police say the guns are low-end weapons.

Hamilton police have confiscated a total of 10 handguns from across the city this year.

Police have no suspects, the investigation is on-going.
