Thousands vote on correct spelling of Canadian knit cap

This weekend, CBC Edmonton asked its readers how they spelled the name of the woollen cap Canadians wear on their heads throughout the wintry months.

With nearly 6,500 votes to date and no clear consensus, it appears Edmontonians remain divided on the issue.

CBC videojournalist Travis McEwan took to the streets to see if he could find a consensus.
