It's been a week since the Alberta government released its 2013-14 budget. What did you think of it?
Alberta Finance Minister Doug Horner joined us at noon today to explain what's in the document and to address your questions and concerns.

The budget included a $6.3-billion "cash requirement" — that number is made up of a $1.97 billion deficit and $4.3 billion the government will borrow for capital projects.
