A proposal that features four state-of-the-art theatres, a Universitiy of Alberta arts campus, an office tower, retail and commercial space and a European-styled open-air glass atrium was presented to Edmonton city council Monday.
By 2017, the new arts campus and public plaza could be located just north of City Hall behind the new Royal Alberta Museum.
