Sawyer Robison, the man accused of killing his uncle during a stand-off with RCMP on a rural property near Killiam, Alta., was granted bail in a Wetaskiwin courtroom on Thursday.
Robison, 27, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Bradford Clarke, who was found dead inside the home.
Robison is also charged with two counts of attempted murder and 15 weapons charges in the shootings of RCMP constables Sheldon Shah and Sidney Gaudette who were wounded during the Feb. 7th standoff.
Robison was released on bail in June after he was taken into custody on the attempted murder charges. However, he was arrested again in October after he was charged in Clarke's death.
