The construction work on Jasper Avenue is running behind schedule as poor weather and unexpected problems push back the completion date.
The busy avenue was suppose to open to four lanes this month, before work restarts in the spring. But the avenue will remain at two narrow lanes until October 2013.As Paul Moore reports the delays are frustrating motorists and business owners.
