Scaffolding is going up as renovations start on the dome of the Alberta legislature.
The one-year, $10 million project, will replace all the terracotta tiles on the dome.
"The terracotta tile which is the exterior cladding on the dome has been leaking probably for the last 100 years since they installed it," said Lyle Butchart, area manager with Alberta Infrastructure.
The CBC's John Robertson takes a closer look at what the province has planned.
