Hunter killed near Grande Prairie

RCMP are investigating after a woman appears to have been shot and killed while hunting south of Grande Prairie Friday afternoon.
Police say it appears that the young woman was hunting with a group of family members about 80 kilometres south of Grande Prairie when she was shot in the torso.
She was flown to hospital by air ambulance where she later died.
RCMP, along with Search and Rescue, are investigating the circumstances of the death.
