A health warning has been issued about some store-made fruit cups, yogurts and salads containing recalled mangoes from Sunterra Markets in Calgary and Edmonton.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the items may be contaminated with salmonella.
Fresh mango cups, quinoa and mango salad (some with edamames), strawberry and mango salad and the cajun chicken and mango salad box are part of the health hazard alert.
Also, the Granola and Yogurt Cup Mango and Raspberries sold only at the Lendrum Shopping Centre on 111th Street in Edmonton is part of the recall.
There have been no reports of illness linked to these products.
The problem items all include Daniella brand mangoes that were recently recalled.
The notice for the mangoes was issued after 21 people in British Columbia and Alberta became ill from salmonella after eating mangoes.
