Recent heavy rain has created poor conditions on some Edmonton trails.
Erosion is occurring on trails in the south and north parts of Whitemud Park, city officials say.
In one case, the trail is closed at 9B Avenue and 119 Street through to 12th Avenue and 119 Street because of a "substantial" slide along the east bank of Whitemud Creek, where it borders the Twin Brooks neighbourhood.
