Father accused of setting fire with wife and baby inside

Charges have been laid against a 35-year-old Edmonton man following a fire at an apartment on Monday night.
The man, who can't be named to protect the identity of his infant child, is charged with arson, abandoning a child and assault causing bodily harm.
Police accuse the man of setting a fire in a third-floor suite near 112th Avenue and 97th Street after a fight with his wife.
The fire caused $150,000 in damages and forced about 20 people out of their homes.
The man, his wife and child escaped the fire.
