Alberta budget delivered Thursday

Finance Minister Ron Liepert is presenting the Redford government's first provincial budget. Thursday afternoon.
Liepert will present what is expected to be the government's fourth deficit budget in a row.
The budget will be Liepert's first and last as Alberta finance minister as he isn't planning to run in the spring election.
