Woman found dead in Lamont County home

RCMP are investigating the suspicious death of a woman Tuesday in Lamont County.
The woman was found around 7:30 p.m. after a neighbour called RCMP about the sound of gunfire coming from the mobile home on Range Road 184, just north of Highway 16.
A man inside the home was taken into custody. No charges have yet been laid.
The identity of the dead woman and any relationship with the man in custody has not been confirmed.
Neighbours said the man and woman who lived in the trailer were both in their 60s, married and worked as long-haul truckers.
