North Edmonton death ruled a homicide

The death of a 70-year-old man who was found Tuesday in a north Edmonton apartment has been ruled a homicide.
Police found the man's body around 6 p.m. after they were called to a high-rise apartment building at 128th Avenue and 65th Street.
Police investigate a death at the Burlington Arms apartment building in north Edmonton Tuesday night. CBCNeighbours alerted police after realizing they hadn't seen the man for several days.
Police are withholding the man's name until his family members are notified.
They are also not releasing the results of Wednesday's autopsy.
Detectives are going door-to-door in the building to see if anyone saw or heard anything unusual.
