Spring thaw means rough routes in the river valley

Warmer weather means more people out on the river valley trails - but it also means the paths are in rough shape due to erosion and spring thaw. Check out our photos from the trails and send in your own shots of rough routes through the river valley.

Warmer weather means more people out on the river valley trails – but it also means the paths are in rough shape due to erosion and spring thaw.

The CBC's Scott Fralick took a stroll through the valley Thursday and saw many cases of eroded paths, slumping banks and detours.

Check out his photos from the trail – and be sure to send in your own geotagged shots if you spot any damaged paths in the river valley. We'll add them to the map to warn others.
