Spring arrives in Edmonton with fresh snow

A quick tour of Edmonton looking at how the mildwinter shaped up, despite the new spring snow

Edmonton's mild winter is over but spring has started with a snowy debut 1:02

Spring officially arrived on March 20, but many in Edmonton have been in a spring frame of mind for awhile now.

Temperatures had been higher then normal for the entire winter season, the effect of the weather system El Niño on our region.

With many packing up their snow shovels and thinking about hauling out their barbecues, it was a little disappointing to wake up to snow on Monday.
