Red Deer paintball rampage leads to four arrests
Four people in Red Deer are facing weapon charges after a series of paintball attacks in the central Alberta city.
The first attack happened at midnight Wednesday at the Tim Horton’s outlet at Gaetz Avenue and 67 Street when a man shot numerous paintballs at the building before running off, said RCMP.
Fifteen minutes later paintballs were fired at a woman standing in front of the Boston Pizza at 74th Street and 50th Avenue from a white truck containing four people.
Within minutes two employees at a nearby McDonalds were also struck by paintballs fired by a man wearing a mask who took off in white truck.
