Edmonton police are investigating two complaints of indecent exposure reported Monday in Edmonton’s Royal Gardens neighbourhood.
In the first , police say a male in a white truck initiated conversation with three teenaged girls near 117th Street and 44th Avenue about 3 p.m. The teens reported he stepped out of his truck and exposed himself, and also committed an indecent act.
Several minutes later, two different teenaged girls reported seeing a man in a white truck expose himself as they walked by near 115th Street and 41st Avenue. They said the man followed them briefly as they walked away before he sped off westbound down 41st Avenue.
Investigators from the city’s southwest division believe the two complaints may be related.
The suspect is described as a heavyset caucasian man in his mid-to-late 20s. He was reported to be wearing a baseball cap, t-shirt and faded blue jeans at the time of the incidents.
He last seen driving a white, late model pickup truck.
Edmonton police are encouraging anyone who may have information about the suspect or the incidents to contact them.
