Owner gives motel contents to charity
The owner of a roadside motel in Sherwood Park is giving everything away.
Bosko Radjuko bought the Clover Court Motel and R-V Park 34 years ago.
The business is scheduled for demolition because the province bought some of the property for the completion of Anthony Henday Drive.
Instead of selling what's inside the rooms, Radjuko is giving everything away to charity, a move he believes is the best possible solution.
"the money that I would get from it," he said. "I would sooner have someone make a use of it."
Radjuko says the place should be ready for demolition within the next few weeks
