Osmond, who won silver in the team skating event, told reporters she's getting used to being recognized after the Sochi Olympics.

"The entire experience in Sochi was just unbelievable and such a dream-like experience," she said.

Szabados, a member of the gold medal-winning women's hockey team, returned home last night to family and friends.

"Nice to be home, finally," she said.

Szabados said she could feel the support of Canadians throughout the Olympics.

"It's been unbelievable," she said. "I don't know if it's because social media is used a little more than it was in Vancouver, but it feels like a hundred times more support.

"The messages, the emails, the tweets, the videos I've seen online, It's been amazing."
