A new case of measles in Edmonton involving another infant brings the number of cases in the city to six.
The patient in the latest case involves a child who was too young to have been immunized.
Now health officials are warning people who were in several locations in southeast Edmonton to watch for symptoms.
These locations include:
- Zion Baptist Church on April 18, 19 and 20th
- the Ellerslie Road Mac's Store near 84th Street on April 19 from 4 to 7 p.m.
- Alice Produce Garden on 82nd Street on April 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This case is linked to one announced on April 19 involving a child who was travelling from the Philippines to Vancouver and on to Edmonton.
