Man dies after Mill Woods shooting

A 23-year-old man who was wounded in a shooting in southeast Edmonton early Wednesday morning has died.

A 23-year-old man who was wounded in a shooting in southeast Edmonton early Wednesday morning has died. 

Police responded to a report of a gunshot being heard at a home near 25th Avenue and 46A Street around 4 a.m. The male victim was found suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.

Homicide detectives are investigating.  Police interviewed residents of the house and neighbours to find out what happened.
