RCMP confiscated $75,000 worth of drugs at a traffic stop in Lloydminster on Tuesday.
According to a news release, an RCMP detective searched the vehicle, finding "a large quantity of cocaine, crack cocaine, cannabis marijuana, crystal meth, and prescription pills."
The officer also seized a firearm, ammunition and a large sum of Canadian currency.
A 24-year-old Lloydminster man has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, obstruction of justice, breaching conditions, unauthorized possession of a firearm and five other weapons-related offenses.
He is expected to appear in court Sept. 10.
