The Freewill Shakespeare Festival will take place indoors this year at the Myer Horowitz Theatre .

The annual festival was forced to find a new venue after the canopy over the amphitheatre at Hawrelak Park was damaged by wind in January.

The Free Will Players usually stage two Shakespeare plays each year, but this year they will only perform the Taming of the Shrew.

The festival runs from July 9 to 27.
