A former high school teacher in Edmonton pleaded guilty on Wednesday to sexually assaulting one of his students.
Harvey James Klok, 47, taught at the Edmonton Christian High School.
According to an agreed statement of facts, Klok became close with the boy -- whose identity is protected by a publication ban.
The teen thought he was addicted to pornography and Klok offered to help. Klok then engaged in sessions with the teen that involved touching and disrobing, the court document said.
Klok was arrested in Newfoundland and charged earlier this year. He will be sentenced in May.
