The graduation ceremony in Saddle Lake is going ahead despite a fire that damaged the gymnasium at the local high school on Saturday.

The Kihew Asiniy High School sustained extensive smoke and water damage estimated to be well over $100,000 in the early morning fire.

RCMP say the culprits used decorating materials for the graduation ceremony to set the stage on fire.

But as CBC's John Robertson reports, students are not letting this setback get in the way.
