Fire at south Edmonton school deliberately set, say officials

Fire officials have determined the fire earlier this week at Archbishop Joseph MacNeil School was deliberately set.

Fire officials have determined the fireearlier this week at Archbishop Joseph MacNeil School was deliberately set.

On Tuesday, someone broke a window at the front of the school, and started a fire in a small administration office.

The fire damage was contained to the office. However, there was some water damage done by the building's sprinkler system. 

Damage is estimated at $40,000.
