Edmonton police seek shooting suspect

Edmonton police are looking for Justin Samuels, 22, in connection with a shooting March 26 outside an exotic nightclub.

Edmonton police are looking for a suspect in connection with a shooting outside a west-end strip club.

On Friday, March 26, 2010 a female employee at Diva's Exotic Ultralounge was assaulted, said police.

The suspect left the club at 166th Street and 109th Avenue, but returned shortly when several shots were fired at patrons outside the club, police said.

There were no injuries. The suspect left in a black Envoy SUV. He has also been linked to a 1999 two-door, silver Honda Prelude, with Alberta license plate ZMM 425.

Justin Samuels, 22, is wanted on arrest warrants for assault with a weapon, possession of an offensive weapon, unauthorized possession of a prohibited/restricted weapon and other charges, police said Tuesday.

Police said Samuels is armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
