Death of man found on LRT track ruled non-criminal
The death of a man who was struck by an LRT train Monday morning has been ruled non-criminal.
An empty southbound train ran over the man’s body on the section of track at the Grant Moellmann Bridge just north of Rexall Place shortly before 5 a.m.
Service was suspended between the Belvedere and Coliseum stations until 9:45 a.m.
Police said that they will provide no further information now that the death has been determined to be non-criminal.
