Charges laid in Grande Prairie child abduction, truck theft
Charges have now been laid against three people in the theft of a truck in Grande Prairie on Tuesday that triggered an Amber Alert because a baby was inside.

A 26-year-old woman, a 22-year-old man and a youth face numerous charges including kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle and abandoning a child.
The adults remain in custody. The 14-year-old was released on Wednesday.
The truck was taken outside a residence in Grande Prairie on Tuesday afternoon while the mother of the seven-month-old baby girl was standing nearby.
The child was found unharmed, left in her car seat on the porch of a home near Grande Prairie.
Three suspects were arrested and the pickup truck was found south of the city later that afternoon.
