Calgary teen blows whistle on drunk driver
A Calgary school bus driver has been charged with impaired driving while he was working.
On Friday afternoon, a 13 year old student called police because she believed her bus driver had been drinking. Officers located and pulled over the bus. The driver, who works with Southland Transportation, failed a breathalyzer test.
44-year old Marvin Franks has been charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.
