Eight Alberta men have been charged in a nationwide child pornography investigation.

The men were among 150 who were charged or who remain under investigation in Operation Snapshot III.
Five children from other provinces were rescued.
Police also seized nearly two million images and videos in the national investigation which involved 40 police agencies.
The Alberta men range in age from 25 to 68 and face 23 charges in all, which include accessing child pornography, possessing child pornography and making child pornography available.
