On Wednesday, police executed a search warrant at a home on Killdeer Way where they found cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, hashish, over 1,000 prescription pills and three litres of Gamma Hydroxybutyric (GHB), commonly known as the "date rape drug"

They also seized anabolic steriods, including 800 bottles of the drug's injectable version, along with drug trafficking paraphernalia, a vehicle and over $46,000 in cash.

"The quantity and diversity in drugs seized speaks to the scope of this operation," said Sgt. Kirk Peyton from the Wood Buffalo Combined Froces Special Enforcement Unit in a news release.

Two Fort McMurray men each face eight counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possessing the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
