Hill, 34, was beaten and killed in a cell at the facility on Christmas eve.

Two men have been charged with first-degree murder in the beating death of Hill. A third has been charged with accessory after the fact.

An autopsy ruled Hill, 34, died from blunt force trauma. He was the first inmate to be killed at the new remand centre.
