Dosanjh's son acquitted of assault charges
The 25-year-old son of B.C. Premier Ujjal Dosanjh has been found not guilty of assaulting a police officer and causing a disturbance during a bar brawl in Windsor, Ontario.
The incident involved Aseem Dosanjh and another law student outside a downtown Windsor bar last May.
The judge says there wasn't enough evidence to show that Dosanjh caused the fight, nor that he knew the man he hit was a police officer.

Dosanjh and some friends had been out celebrating their graduation from the University of Windsor law school.
A guilty verdict would have jeopardized Dosanjh's law career. He has been articling with a Vancouver law firm since the incident.
