Calgary police are asking for the publics' help in locating a woman believed to be responsible for at least two violent robberies.
Police say Amber Dawn Wolfleg, 29, had one or more accomplices in the robberies on Nov. 12 and Nov. 21.
At roughly 5:40 a.m. MT on Nov. 12, police say three people armed with a knife entered the 7-Eleven at 6304 Bowness Road N.W. Wolfleg, who was accompanied by two men, vaulted the counter and stole cigarettes, cash and lottery tickets.
At roughly 7 a.m. on Nov. 21, police say Wolfleg and a man walked into the Days Inn at 4420 16 Avenue N.W. armed with a screwdriver and jumped the counter, attacking the lone clerk. They demanded money and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
A warrant has been issued for Wolfleg's arrest and police say she is facing five charges in connection with these robberies.
Police are still investigating whether she is linked to any other offences.
