Taylor Elliott, missing Pincher Creek man, found dead

Taylor Elliott, a Pincher Creek, Alta. man who had been missing since Dec. 1, has been found dead, RCMP confirmed Wednesday afternoon.

Taylor Elliott, Pincher Creek, Alta. man who had been missing since Dec. 1, has been found dead, RCMP confirmed Wednesday afternoon. 

Elliott was found near his family home. He had not been seen since leaving the residence on foot Dec. 1. Foul play is not suspected in the death.

Family and friends had set up a website and Facebook page in an effort to find the 22-year-old.

“More than two weeks after his disappearance, the search for Taylor Elliott has come to a somber end,” reads a statement on the online pages. 

Family and friends had also organized a search effort, setting up a base at the Pincher Creek Golf Course.

Pincher Creek is about a two-hour drive south of Calgary.
