Suspected gas leak forces students from N.W. school

Students at a school in northwest Calgary have been forced out because of a suspected gas leak.

No reports of injuries so far

Students at a northwest school have been forced out because of a suspected gas leak.

Carbon monoxide levels at the school have not exceeded 40 parts per million but the evacuation is in place as a precaution.

There are no reports of injuries at Colonel Irvine School and firefighters are ventilating the building.

Students have been sent to three different locations while crews deal with the problem. 

ATCO Gas is on scene to determine the cause of the leak.
