Police seek info after Forest Lawn bank robbed

Calgary police are asking for the public’s help after a Forest Lawn Scotiabank was robbed yesterday afternoon.
Around 3:30 p.m. MT Friday a young man posed as a customer at the 17th Avenue and 32nd Street S.E. location.
When he got to the teller he handed over a hold-up note. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and left the bank.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, about six feet tall and around 170 pounds. He was wearing a dark toque and grey hoodie at the time.
The man claimed he had a weapon but none was seen.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crimestoppers.
