RCMP in Airdrie say a suspicious death reported on the weekend has been ruled a homicide.
The victim has been identified as 40 year-old Garland Curtis of Airdrie but police are not releasing the cause of death.
Officers went to a home on Saturday after receiving a report that the victim had not been seen for an extended period of time.
Police are looking for Curtis' vehicle.
It's a 1993 purple Saturn SL2 sedan with Alberta licence plate EGF 166.
