CBC 1010 AM signal weak, but being worked on

If you're listening to CBC 1010 on the AM dial you may notice we are having some problems with a weak signal.
The problem is with the transmitter.
A backup transmitter has been brought in, but it is running at reduced power. Replacement modules for the defective transmitter are on order, but the problem is not expected to be remedied until Jan. 14.
We want to let you know we are working to get this problem fixed and apologize for any inconvenience.
CBC Radio One on FM and online are working normally. Listen to the online version here.
CBC is experiencing some problems with our AM transmitter. There is still a signal, but it is weak. We are working on a fix. The FM signal is at full strength. (CBC)
